this is a travesty…the books were amazing and hollywood found a way to ruin it…the books were good enough to use as screenplays but NOOOOOO didnt want any angry christian moms menstruating all over them…ART SHOULD NOT BE CENSORED!!!!!

OK just to clear things up, this movie is NOT atheist. The author is an atheist, but that doesn’t mean it’s not a great book/movie. People who refuse to watch/read the Golden Compass because of the author’s religion are ignorant on the highest level.
