This is an animation adventure with loads of comic sequences. It bears the tagline, ‘One Elephant One World One Story’. The stars who have lent their voices are Jim Carrey, for Horton the elephant, Steve Carell for the Mayor of Whoville, and Carol Burnett as the Kangaroo.

It is the fifteenth of May, and the place is the jungle of Nool. It is an awesome summer afternoon and Horton the elephant is enjoying himself in the pool, when, he gets to hear a noise. This is an adaptation of the works of the cartoonist, Dr. Seuss. The cry Horton hears is from a miniscule speck of dust floating in the air. Well, an entire city named Whoville is located on this tiny speck of dust. The people who reside here are the microscopic Whos and are ruled by their Mayor. Horton decides to save these clusters of minuscule creatures in spite of the fun made by the other creatures of the jungle. The film offers a great food for thought about community feelings and, of course, the virtue of helpfulness.
