Jack Black and Michael Cera play two brothers, Zed and Oh, who are professional hunter-gatherers. They are extremely lazy in nature, due to this very reason, they happen to get banished from their land. After this, they are rather compelled to undertake an epic journey across the ancient world. During the course of this journey, they chance upon several encounters with the different characters from the Bible like Cain and Able (David Cross and Paul Rudd) and Abraham (Hank Azaria).
