One a little stranger than the other…’ The film stars Hugh Dancy playing the character of Adam Raki, Rose Ryrne as Beth Buchwald, Peter Gallagher as Marty Buchwald and Amy Irving as Rebecca Buchwald.

In this film, the character Beth moves in to a new apartment. She is an attractive writer who is extremely intelligent as well. She is upset and distracted due to the failure of her past relationship. Adam seems to be an apparently odd man who is her down floor neighbor. Beth feels initially perplexed by the behavior of this man. Gradually they get to share their experiences and thoughts with each other.

You will find an extremely endearing relation ship developing between these two unlikely characters and this film is all about human emotions. They tread each other’s territory of thoughts and finally discover that the resulting upheaval in the lives of the two people have in fact proved to be liberating for them. They are able to explore their inner feelings and get acquainted with their own thoughts and judgments.
